I don’t understand how they produce fruit with out the use of pollen and bees. Can somebody tell me how.
Do garlic as well. But they & the green onion can not rely only on the water but a few days- a week. They’ll have to have some soil unless you look at TEO gardener way of using a rag for the roots to grab & not die out
I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of micro greens before, what are they used in? Salads or sandwiches maybe?

I have one of those glasses for growing microgreens and it is not the first one. It just does not work, when they start to become jellyish from the water they are put in, the spare water does not run out anymore, because the holes are shut by the seeds. Then it rots and starts to stink…
I just started 4 cayenne plants!
This is a bit misleading…I am a professional grower and most of these plants require grow lights, air circulation, disease control and possibly heating mats/devices growing them indoors. It is much easier to grow a tomato outdoors for the everyday person for example. They basically require greenhouse-like conditions indoors, but if you really really want to grow some of these things indoors, you can, they just require some money and skill. If you want to try any of these, regrowing green onions in water in a window are definitely the easiest option!
Do they need sunlight?
Lettuce is so hard to grow! Any advice??
I would grow lettuce and micro greens / sprouts indoors. Do you have a video how to?
I love green onions. You can put it in almost all that we cook.
I’ve never seen anyone grow microgreens in a bowl like that.
Man made soil doesn’t give the same nutrients as normal dirt soil
One thing I’m happy about is the state I live in has a native species of pepper, Chili pequen which are hotter then jalapenos

Green onions grown in water taste like nothing and are paper thin…
except for the sprouts, these all need a massive amount of sunlight. Nobody ever mentions that. It only works in summer on a South facing window.
